- Unless an order says otherwise, annual licences have a 12-month term of use and perpetual licences a 25-year term; maintenance for perpetual licences runs 12 months. The Enterprise Computing SLA uses the same terms and renews annual licences and maintenance automatically unless either party gives notice.
