- Global Products Agreement s.1.5: "“Credits” shall mean the universal licensing unit for obtaining access to Products made available on the Trend Vision One platform. Credits are purchased upfront, enabled and automatically used by solutions or packages, and expire at the end of the Subscription Period."
- Counting rules
- Credits are bought upfront in a TrendAI Flex (credits) licence or converted from existing Vision One licences. Usage is metered daily and the previous month's drawdown is deducted on the first of each month (GPA s.3.7). Each package has a published monthly and annual credit requirement per unit and is calculated either snapshot-based (85th percentile of active usage days) or volume-based (sum of daily usage).

- No minimum purchase published. Credits expire at the end of the Subscription Period; a negative balance is possible and must be trued up.
