Trend may audit once per calendar year on 20 days' notice

- GPA s.3.10: Trend may verify usage through technical means and request a system-generated usage report within 30 days; for other products the Company keeps records during the Term and for 2 years after expiry; and Trend has a general right, on 20 days' prior written notice, to an audit by an internationally recognised audit firm no more than once each calendar year.
