- Global Products Agreement s.1.5: "“Private Offer” shall mean the pricing and usage model and associated documentation for orders via a Marketplace Provider issued by Trend for acceptance by Company or its Reseller."
- Commercial rules
- Excess usage is payable under the Private Offer and marketplace terms; with no Capacity on a consumption basis, all Products used are payable. The Private Offer prevails over the GPA on conflict, and statutory termination rights are waived on acceptance. The contracting entity for marketplace orders is Trend Micro Incorporated.
