- General Terms and Conditions 2021 §29.2: "Unless the Parties have agreed otherwise, the Customer only pays for the effective number of consultancy days made, based on subsequent calculation."
- Counting rules
- Consultancy is invoiced in the month after delivery (§29.1). Unused ordered days remain valid for 18 months after signing, after which the price is recalculated at the current rate (§29.3). Days can be cancelled free of charge until one week before (§30.2).
