- Subscription EULA definition: "“Authorized User” means: (i) you, if you licensed this software in your individual capacity, or (ii) the named individuals who have been provided with a right to use and access the Software as part of a Licensee’s organization or group, such as a business or other commercial entity, government entity, non-profit organization, or educational institution." The same definition appears in the perpetual Snagit and Camtasia EULAs.
- Counting rules
- Count named individuals with a right to use the Software, not concurrent users. On an Internal Network the total number of Authorized Users able to use the Software (not the concurrent number) may not exceed the number purchased (Subscription EULA §4.4). In virtual environments a subscription is needed for each user that will have access at any time (support article 41687358285837).
- Floors / minimums
- No minimum. Online Business License purchases are limited to 99 users; larger quantities are quoted by sales.
