- Sage Cloud Services Terms of Service s.1: "User(s)": a named human authorised by you to use the Services and the Documentation, for whom you have purchased a subscription, and who has been supplied with user credentials for the Services by you or by us at your request.
- Counting rules
- Each User must have a valid subscription on a named basis only and cannot be shared; subscriptions may be reassigned to new named Users from Users who cease using the Services (s.2.3). Plans carry user limits; exceeding a plan's volume limits lets Sage upgrade the plan or invoice the excess pro rata (s.4.2).
