- Sage Cloud Services Terms of Service s.2.3: each User must have a valid subscription on a named basis only, which cannot be shared but can be reassigned to a new named User from one who stops using the Services; Sage may monitor use to verify subscription limits. Exceeding plan volume limits lets Sage upgrade the plan or invoice the excess pro rata (s.4.2).
