- Sage Cloud Services Terms of Service s.9.1 and s.9.2: fixed term subscriptions renew automatically unless either party gives 30 days notice of non-renewal; subscriptions without a fixed term continue until either party gives 30 days written notice of termination for convenience. Payment obligations are non-cancellable and non-refundable (s.4.1).
