- Sage 50 End User License Agreement s.2a: "User" means a person that is listed in the software's maintenance screen. You may replace a user without purchasing additional licenses but you may not share a license.

- Single user: one device, one user. Multi-user: installs on as many devices as users paid for, or on a local area network or server, but the number of devices permitted to access the software must equal the number of users paid for, and no user may access it from more than one device at the same time. A hardware partition or blade is a device. Remote Data Access allows one additional installation.
