- EULA cl.1: a remote connection made by no more than one Authorized User, via the Software provided under the relevant Subscription, to no more than one Device at a given point in time; three Authorized Users connecting concurrently to one Device are three Concurrent Sessions. The pricing page calls it an "Active Connection": the total number of connections from a RealVNC Viewer to a RealVNC Server at any one time across the RealVNC Connect Team.

- Counted at a point in time across the whole Team and shared by all Users. Essentials: 1; Plus: 1 included, up to 3; Premium: 1 included, up to 5; Enterprise: unlimited. On Premium, On-Demand Assist sessions count towards the limit. Separate, higher limits apply to connections to third-party VNC servers.

- Minimum 1 per subscription; self-service maximum 5 (quotes needed above 5 sessions or 150 devices).
