- XM for Customer Experience Product Terms s4.1(b): "Access Limit" means the limit on the number of Interactions that may be accessed by Customer in the Cloud Service at any particular time, equal to the annual number of Interactions for the first contract year in the Order Form.

- Applies across the entire Subscription Term; Responses do not count against it; the oldest Interactions are automatically deleted when it is reached. Default Concurrent User Limit is 10,000 users.
