"QAD and Partner have a right to access the software in order to verify appropriate usage of the software. Customer agrees to cooperate with QAD and Partner in performing such audits. Customer further agrees to keep adequate books and records in connection with Customer’s actions under these Licensing Provisions and to provide QAD or Partner with any files reasonably requested by QAD or Partner which will enable QAD or Partner to determine the actual usage of the software. Such files include, but are not limited to, a single master list of all User IDs used at all Locations and the log files generated by the software."
