- Customer Agreement s.12.27: "User" means Customer's and its Affiliates' employees, agents, subcontractors, consultants, or other individuals authorized hereunder to use the Proofpoint Product.

- Product Terms (Email Protection): each User must be assigned a separate account on the customer's email server; Email Protection may not be used for bulk mail or for accounts not assigned to an individual.
