- Counting rules
- Users added between billing periods are charged pro rata at the rate stated in the Order Form. For Personio Payroll the commitment can only be changed on renewal, with notice no later than 90 days before the renewal date, and overage beyond it is charged monthly in arrears at the same rate.

- The customer must pay no less than the User Commitment subscription fee in any month (Payroll terms Ziffer 4.5).
