- Product Specific Terms s.4.1(A): any Authorized User registered in Parallels Secure Workspace or identified as registered during a calendar month, "regardless of whether the individual is actively accessing Parallels Secure Workspace, and regardless of the number of simultaneous logins".
- Counting rules
- The number of Authorized Named Users recorded in Parallels Secure Workspace must never exceed the number on the License Certificate assigned to the License Key. Cloud Deployment Licenses are billed per Authorized Named User per month on the basis of anonymous usage reporting and monthly customer reports due by the 5th calendar day.
