- Auth0 PSRG: "A MAU shall be calculated as a User with a successful authentication event with the Auth0 Platform within a calendar month. MAU are unique per Auth0 Tenant." MAU are purchased per Active User on a calendar month basis.
- Counting rules
- Repeat authentications by one User in one Tenant in a calendar month count once; the same User authenticating in two or more Tenants counts once per Tenant. Primary Auth and Growth SKUs count External Users; Internal Users (personnel acting in that capacity) need the Enterprise Internal SKU. The Auth0 Support Center Quota Utilization report shows unique users with a login or signup event per calendar month.

- Order Form quantity may not be decreased during the Term; MAU quantities on add-on SKUs must equal and never exceed the primary SKU quantity. Self-service: Free plan up to 25,000 MAU; Essentials and Professional priced from 500 MAU (pricing page).
