- Fees are charged by credit card via the Subscription Page; usage beyond the purchased tier requires upgrading to the next pricing and usage tier; a customer that no longer qualifies must move to an enterprise plan within 30 days of Okta's request. Plans auto-renew for the same Term at then-current Fees unless all Tenants are deleted first.
