- The EULA does not define "device"; §3.2 Usage Limits caps installation and use at "a number of devices" specified in the Order Form. The pricing page counts the "Number of endpoints the agent is deployed to" for tiered per-device pricing.
- Counting rules
- Software may not be installed or used on more devices than the Order Form specifies; NinjaOne may monitor usage, and excess usage is charged at the Order Form rate, even if it results from unauthorized use (EULA §3.2). Tiered pricing lowers the per-device rate as more devices run the agent (pricing page).
- Floors / minimums
- You may not subscribe to, or downgrade to, a device quantity of less than 50 (EULA §3.2).
