NinjaOne makes a cloud platform for endpoint management, RMM, patching, backup, remote access and MDM, used by IT departments and managed service providers. It is sold as a subscription priced per device.

  1. NinjaOne uses tiered per-device pricing; the pricing page cites from $1.50 per month per endpoint at 10,000 endpoints to $3.75 at 50 or fewer, varying by region and products, on the commercial non-FedRAMP instance.[1]

  2. Customers can pay monthly or annually.[2]

  3. The EULA grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable subscription licence for the term to use the software through the SaaS service and to install software NinjaOne provides.[3]

  4. The software is licensed, not sold, and access and use rights may not be transferred without NinjaOne's prior written approval.[4]

  5. Managed service providers may use the software for their clients, and NinjaOne may require clients with direct access to accept an end user licence agreement.[5]
