- Counting rules
- Starter and Business are priced per seat and "you're charged for every member added to your workspace". Billing is based on the number of licenses on the subscription, not the number of team members, so unassigned licenses stay billable until renewal. Members added mid-cycle are prorated. Guests and visitors are not counted.
- Floors / minimums
- Self-serve plans have a minimum purchase of 2 licenses; annual invoicing needs at least 10 licenses on Starter or 5 on Business. Enterprise is sold from 30 members.
