- Counting rules
- Allocation per plan: Free 25 credits per month for the team (the pricing FAQ says 10), Starter 25 and Business 50 per license per month, Education 100 per month, Enterprise by license tier (2,500 for 1 to 50 seats up to 200,000 for 6,001 to 50,000 seats, as of 2026-03-02). Credits are pooled, reset monthly (Starter and Business on the renewal day, others on the first of the month) and do not roll over. Consumption per action is fixed for most features (for example Diagrams 5, Doc 2, Image 3, Prototypes 5 per screen, Slides 5 per slide) and variable for Sidekicks and prompt-based flows. Guests and visitors cannot use AI.

- Included allocation scales with seats and is adjusted on the next billing date; purchased bundles are organization-wide and not affected by seat changes. Enterprise has a soft limit.
