- AI Terms §3 (effective 2024-07-17): as between the customer and Miro, the customer keeps ownership of Input and owns the Output; Miro assigns any rights it has in Output. Enterprise (MCA) customers are asked for consent before Input and Output are used to improve AI Features; other plans get a means to object.
