- CLM Service Schedule s.4.2: Document Count is the sum of (i) unique eDocuments held in all CLM instances at any one time and (ii) eDocuments exported or downloaded and then deleted during the Term. It "may be referred to as “Per Agreement” pricing on an Order Form".

- Deleting a document after export does not reduce the count for the Term. eDocuments held or processed above the permitted Document Count incur a per-eDocument overage fee invoiced monthly in arrears.
