- Terms of Service s.12(a): "Manager" means the Dashlane user who pays for and invites others to join a Friends & Family (F&F) Plan; "Member" means an individual who accepts an invitation to join. Each F&F Plan has one Manager and up to ten Members.
- Counting rules
- A person may be a Manager or Member of only one F&F Plan at a time and may not join an F&F Plan more than twice. Members keep their own accounts and vaults. The VPN is available only to the Manager. The Help Center describes the plan as the buyer and nine others; the Terms of Service and pricing page describe one Manager and ten Members or "10 members".
