- Each AI Assistant license provides 1500 minutes of usage. For digital interactions, the AI Assistant usage is metered in sessions with each session consisting of a maximum of 10 messages (1000 10-message sessions).

- Each AI Assistant license provides 1500 minutes of usage. Digital: 1000 10-message sessions. Pooled across agents. Overage in whole licenses (purchasing one license and using 2001 minutes will result in an overage charge for an additional license). Voice metered in seconds of the agent’s interaction with the contact; without IVR, queue, or wrap-up time. Using more than one service does not multiply the number of minutes.
