- Fair Use Policy s.1b: an API Call is a request by a client application for a specific action or data; calls count toward the account allotment each time the Box API receives a request, whether or not it achieves its intended result.
- Counting rules
- Monthly allotments per plan on the pricing page: 50,000 (Business, Business Plus), 100,000 (Enterprise, Enterprise Plus), 200,000 (Enterprise Advanced); additional volume can be bought. Plans without an API Call allocation (Individual, Personal Pro, Starter) may not use API Calls or integrate third-party applications. Excess usage may be throttled or billed (ToS s.23.2).
