- The customer's designated internal support resources who act as primary liaisons with Blackbaud Customer Support. A Subscription allows up to three Authorized Support Contacts, with more as the customer buys more solutions or its overall investment grows.
- Counting rules
- Third-party consultants are not eligible unless on semi-permanent status with the organisation. Authorised contacts must be trained on the Subscription within 30 days of designation, at the customer's expense.
