- CONNECT help, Understand charge types: a usage charge "Based on Active Users: Deducts a given number of credits for each active user who uses the service within a given period". Subsequent use by the same user in the same period is not charged again.
- Counting rules
- Charge periods are hour, day or month, standardized against UTC or the time zone set in the credits agreement. The user is charged on first access and again if a session overlaps the start of the next period (Charge periods page). Historically called "Unique User".
