- Hosted Services Terms section 7: "Case Agent Roles" means user licences (either Named User or Concurrent User) that exclusively access the "Case Agent" application provided under Licensor's Respond software only.

- The number of Case Agent Roles is capped as a share of the Named User or Concurrent User licences granted: no more than 50% for a one-year Hosted Services Term and no more than 60% for a term of two or more years.

- Ceiling of 50% (one-year term) or 60% (two or more years) of Named User or Concurrent User licences granted each year.
