- Pricing Policy section 2.2: On-Demand Usage applies to usage that exceeds the Precommitted Usage, calculated at the rate in the Order Form, or that occurs when there is no current Order Form. On self-serve plans it is usage beyond included usage, billed at API rates.

- Billed monthly in arrears based on actual consumption (Pricing Policy section 5.1). On individual plans it must be enabled in settings; on Teams it is enabled by default, and admins can disable it or set spend limits.
