- Terms of Service s.5: "A User means any party, whether human or non-human, that downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Platform or any Offerings." Includes employees, contractors and agents, and non-human clients such as service accounts, AI agents, CI/CD jobs and serverless processes.
- Counting rules
- Identified Users are counted once per unique username-based account or user-based identifier, whatever the number of devices, access points or frequency of use. The number of licences on the Order caps the Users allowed; excess Users may be charged at then-current pricing.
- Floors / minimums
- The Terms publish no minimum. Free use applies to organizations with 200 or fewer total employees or contractors (including Affiliates); above that a Business Plan is required.
