- Embedded EULA: terms for an end customer accessing Anaconda software inside an authorized partner solution. Anaconda charges the end customer no fees for that access.
- Commercial rules
- Use is authorized only inside the Partner Offering; use outside it needs a separate licence from Anaconda. Support comes from the Partner. Access may be suspended if the end customer or the partner breaches or the Anaconda-partner agreement ends. Embedding Anaconda content in your own product requires an Embedding licence under the Terms of Service.
