Beyond its installers, Anaconda sells plans for secure package management (Anaconda Core), an integrated platform (the Anaconda Platform), an agentic coding product (Kilo) and an AI security product (Enkrypt AI). The pricing page presents these as four separately priced products, any of which may be combined.[1] Core and the Platform fall under the Terms of Service; Kilo and Enkrypt AI have their own agreements listed under separate terms.[2][13]

Seats, tokens and site tokens
Access to an organization’s private channels runs through tokens. An organization administrator invites a member and then assigns a seat, described as a seat (license), before the member can issue an individual access token. Revoking a seat invalidates the member’s token and blocks access to the organization channels.[3] A member must hold a seat to issue a token, except where the organization uses a site token.[4] Catalog: A seat must be assigned before a member can issue an access token.
A site token is a single organization access token used by the entire organization. It authenticates any member to the organization’s channels, and users need no assigned seat to use it. Anaconda says to contact its sales team to buy one. Reissuing a site token invalidates the previous one and requires every member and automated workflow to be updated.[5] Catalog: A site token lets any member use organization channels without a seat. The consequence for inventory is that, for a site-token organization, assigned seats may not measure who actually uses the channels; the Terms of Service count Users by accounts or instances of use in any case.[2]
Tokens are tied to the subscription. They expire 30 days after the organization’s subscription ends or immediately if it is cancelled, and renewing a subscription does not extend a token automatically; the token must be synchronized.[4] Catalog: Tokens expire with the subscription and renewal does not extend them automatically.
Self-service billing
Self-service subscriptions are bought by an organization in its account, which selects the number of seats at checkout.[14] The FAQ says an active card is required, billing recurs on the purchase-day anniversary, subscriptions are not prorated, mid-month cancellation keeps access to the end of the paid period, and there are no refunds or exchanges.[6] Catalog: Self-service subscriptions are not prorated and are not refunded. Under the Terms of Service, orders placed through an Anaconda Reseller are paid to the reseller, fees are non-cancelable, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before expiry.[2]
On-premises: Package Security Manager
The on-premises Package Security Manager 6.8.0 is licensed by key. A licence limits the number of users and channels for the contract period, and Anaconda issues a new licence at renewal. The key is entered at first login. The limit on users is triggered by a user’s first login, not by account creation. Users can be created without limit, but if the licence’s user limit is exceeded most features stop working, and banners warn as limits approach or the licence nears expiry.[7] Licences are obtained from Anaconda sales or an OEM partner.[7] Catalog: Package Security Manager On-Prem stops most features when user limits are exceeded and Package Security Manager On-Prem licence. This is a technical enforcement mechanism: an overage disables the product rather than creating an invoice.
Kilo
Kilo is governed by the Kilo Code Enterprise Services Agreement. It grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, for the term, for the customer’s internal business purposes, to use the Kilo platform; the customer may not let anyone other than Admin Users and Authorized Users use it, and only in connection with its business.[8] Fees are those shown on the platform at sign-up or in the Admin Portal unless an Order Form says otherwise, may be updated on notice and take effect from the next billing cycle, and Credits are billed at the current per-token pricing of the AI model unless Anaconda agrees otherwise in writing.[8] The agreement runs for one year and renews automatically for one-year terms unless either party gives at least 30 days notice of non-renewal.[8] Anaconda may monitor compliance, and non-compliant use is deemed a breach.[8] Catalog: Kilo Credits are billed at per-token model pricing, Kilo access is limited to Admin Users and Authorized Users for the customer business and The Kilo agreement renews for one-year terms unless 30 days notice is given.
Enkrypt AI
The Master Enkrypt Subscription Agreement grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right during the Subscription Term to use the platform for internal business purposes within the usage limits in the Order Form. The customer must not exceed the Authorized Users or other limits.[9] Unless the Order Form states otherwise, fees are invoiced annually in advance, may be increased at renewal on at least 60 days written notice, and Order Forms renew for equal periods unless either party gives 60 days notice.[9] Catalog: Enkrypt AI Authorized Users may not exceed the Order Form, Enkrypt AI fees are invoiced annually in advance and may rise on 60 days notice at renewal and Enkrypt AI Order Forms renew for equal periods unless 60 days notice is given.
Other Offerings and programs
Anaconda AI Catalyst has supplemental terms that form part of the customer’s enterprise licence agreement; models in it carry their own licences and the customer is responsible for complying with them.[10] Anaconda Desktop was offered as a beta under an agreement that bars production use, requires participants to qualify for free use or hold a paid subscription, and prohibits using the beta as a substitute for a paid licence.[11] Anaconda Toolbox in Microsoft Excel has an Offering Description that sits beneath the Terms of Service and alongside Microsoft’s conditions for Python in Excel.[12] Catalog: AI model licences remain the customer responsibility, Anaconda Desktop Beta and Beta participants may not use the beta in place of a paid licence.
Cloud and BYOL
The Platform can be deployed as managed cloud, self-hosted cloud or on-premises, and Core Custom can be self-hosted on-premises or in a private or public cloud.[1] No bring-your-own-licence rules for third-party clouds are published. Embedding Anaconda content in products for third parties requires an Embedding licence, and partner products use the Embedded EULA.[2]
