- Definition
- A license assigned to one individual User / Business User under a valid license. Term License Products are Named User offerings, unless indicated as FRL. You may reassign a license from one Business User to another without requiring an additional license purchase, provided that, except as expressly permitted by Adobe, licenses may not be: (A) reassigned more than once every 30 days, or (B) used in any shared license or similar deployment model, which may indicate more than 1 person is using a single Named User license (including, but not limited to floating, leased, generic user, or shift license deployment).
- Counting rules
- Count one Named User license per individual User / Business User. Admin manages Entitlements for Business Users in the Admin Console. Adobe gathers metrics on licenses deployed and re-deployed.
- Floors / minimums
- Reassignment not more than once every 30 days (Business Product Specific Terms, effective 7 October 2024). No floating, leased, generic user, or shift deployment of a single Named User license.
