Governed by the same Adobe Value Incentive Plan Terms and Conditions, whose Section 4 applies only to Products licensed through VIP Marketplace.

- Annual licenses auto-renew on the Anniversary Date at the partner price for the qualifying discount level unless changed or cancelled at least 3 days before (VIP Terms §4.2). Grace Period for licenses added in the Admin Console is seven days, not 14 (§4.3). Discount levels 1 to 4 by named-user license quantity (1-9, 10-49, 50-99, 100+); Acrobat Sign Transactions have separate tiers 1 to 7. Members purchase for the country where users reside; organizations with locations in 3 or more countries may buy centrally as Global Customers.
