- Per-User licenses may be deployed only through a unique login ID and password and never in floating, generic, leased or shift models; a license may be transferred to another User without counting as an additional deployment if the product is de-installed from the previous User’s Computer and the new User uses a new ID (PSLT 2023v1 §24, effective 2023-08-16).
