- Adobe Help: the Member commits "to auto-renew a set number of licenses (Minimum Commit) on the Member’s first and second Anniversary Date in the VIP Marketplace. In exchange, Adobe agrees to offer set discounted partner pricing during the Member’s 3-year commit term."
- Commercial rules
- Minimum Commitment of at least 10 licenses (or a committed quantity of Sign Transactions, tracked separately). If the invitation precedes the qualifying order, an order meeting the Minimum Commitment must be placed within 30 days of acceptance. Discount level 2, 3 or 4 transitions to 12, 13 or 14. Additional licenses may be added at the set price without raising the Minimum Commitment. Returns may not reduce licenses below the Minimum Commitment. Not available with Linked Membership or extended paid-upfront subscriptions (except in the last 365 days of the extended term).
