- Unassigning licenses in the Admin Console is not sufficient to indicate non-renewal; the Member must contact the reseller so the correct renewal order is placed. If the Admin does not select licenses to remove, Adobe removes never-assigned licenses first, then the most recently assigned (Adobe Help, updated 2026-08-03).
