- VIP Terms §1.1: “VIP and VIP Marketplace (each ‘the Program’, as applicable) are flexible licensing programs designed to allow qualified and eligible customers to manage and deploy Product licenses purchased through the Program.” Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) is a subscription licensing program (VIP Program Guide, 26 June 2019). This program covers VIP and VIP Marketplace; VIP Select is a discount qualification inside VIP.

- Live VIP Terms (effective 15 July 2024) control over the June 2019 Program Guide 30-day PO window. Grace Period for VIP is 14 days after adding Products in the Admin Console (§3.3). Grace Period for Products ordered through VIP Marketplace is seven days after adding, not 14 days; if Adobe does not receive an order within the Grace Period, those Products will be removed (§4.3). VIP Marketplace auto-renew: at the end of the license term, the annual license automatically renews based on Adobe’s partner price (i) in effect on the Anniversary Date and (ii) for the qualifying discount level, unless changed or cancelled with Adobe at least 3 days before the Anniversary Date (§4.2). Anniversary Date is the day twelve months after Adobe accepts the Member’s initial order. Named-user licenses are the standard license type available through VIP (Adobe VIP Program Guide, 26 June 2019). VIP Select is a discount qualification inside VIP, not a separate program: Members who purchase 10 licenses or more during a subscription term qualify (2019 Guide levels: 4 = 100+ VIP Select; 3 = 50–99 VIP Select; 2 = 10–49 VIP Select; 1 = 1–9 VIP / none). Quantity bands are from the 26 June 2019 Guide. Discount percentages are not published. Education / Government / Non-Profit are Exhibit A memberships inside VIP, not distinct programs.
