Qlik Talend Cloud is a hosted data integration service on Qlik Cloud that combines data movement, transformation, data quality and governance.[1] It is licensed by edition (Starter, Standard, Premium or Enterprise) and by Capacity Bands, which set monthly limits on the data moved and, in the upper editions, on job runs and job duration.[1] Qlik’s pricing page describes usage as “measured based on a combination of data volume moved, number of job executions and execution duration”, and refers to the Product Descriptions for the formal definitions.[2] Qlik publishes no list prices for these editions.[2]
The Product Descriptions also govern legacy Talend Cloud and Stitch subscriptions, which they replace as the Talend Services Description Guide.[1]

| Premium | Adds Studio application integration, ELT and ETL transformations, data quality, API tools, data products, remote and cloud engines | 750 GB Data Volume; 6,000 Executions and 250 Job Hours; 750 GB third-party data transformations; 12,000 core hours | Qlik Talend Cloud Premium |
| Enterprise | Adds SAP and mainframe sources and CDC | Same limits as Premium | Qlik Talend Cloud Enterprise |
Source: Product Descriptions, section II.A and II.B.[1] Each edition has one tenant; additional tenants on Premium and Enterprise need a Qlik Cloud Analytics subscription. Premium may be offered in a smaller capacity in select jurisdictions, on terms set in the Order Form.[1]
Government editions. Qlik Talend Cloud Gov (US) has FedRAMP Moderate and GovRAMP Moderate authorizations; Gov DoD (US) has DISA IL4 authorization.[1]
Client-managed alternatives. Qlik Data Integration and Talend Data Fabric are separate client-managed products; Qlik states that Qlik Data Integration Client-Managed can work with Qlik Talend Cloud, for example to transform replicated data in cloud data warehouses.[2]
Metrics
| Qlik name | Catalog row | Measured in |
|---|---|---|
| Data Volume (Data Moved) | Data Moved | GB delivered to targets per month |
| Executions | Executions (Qlik Talend Cloud) | Job runs concluded per month |
| Job Hours | Job Hours (Qlik Talend Cloud) | Job duration |
| Open Lakehouse Compute | Not a catalog row | Core hours of streaming workloads |
| Third Party Data Transformations | Not a catalog row | GB of datasets registered and used in transformations |
Where Qlik states a quantity in GB for capacity bands, each GB is a binary GiB (1,073,741,824 bytes).[1]
Counting / floors
Data Volume (as of 2026-09-30). For structured data, Data Volume is the sum of data delivered to any target in a month, calculated as rows times the total size of all columns by data type; unstructured data counts by file size. It resets each month at 23:59:59 UTC on the last day. “Data is counted as it lands on the target system, which means that the same data replicated to two different targets is counted twice.” The initial full load of any table is not counted, nor is the reload of a table in an error or suspended state.[1] Catalog: Qlik Talend Cloud Data Volume: counted per target on landing; initial full load excluded.
Executions (as of 2026-09-30). Executions count Job runs executed and concluded in a month. “Always-On Jobs are counted once in each month the Job was running.” Batch Jobs count once in the month they conclude, and failed or terminated batch Jobs are not counted; Qlik reserves the right to limit excessive terminations. A Job is a distinct artifact ID in the month.[1] Catalog: Qlik Talend Cloud Executions: Always-On Jobs count once a month; failed batch Jobs excluded.
Job Hours (as of 2026-09-30). Job Hours measure Job duration from start to stop. Batch Job duration counts in the month the Job ends successfully. Always-On Jobs count a progressive share of actual duration: “5% of actual duration for first 24,000 hours and 1% for all incremental duration.”[1] Catalog: Qlik Talend Cloud Job Hours: Always-On Jobs at 5% of duration to 24,000 hours, then 1%.
Open Lakehouse Compute (as of 2026-09-30). Core hours are active nodes times cores per node, counted only while at least one streaming task or its maintenance task runs, with a 30-second minimum interval.[1]
Overage (as of 2026-09-30). Qlik Talend Cloud Capacity Bands allow overage: use may continue until consumption reaches ten times the purchased limit, billed monthly in arrears including partial units. Qlik waives overage charges in the first 6 months of an initial capacity-based subscription, and may disable overage for customers who fail to pay for or abuse it.[1] The Customer Agreement likewise invoices quantities above purchased limits monthly in arrears.[3] Catalog: Overage charges waived for the first 6 months of an initial capacity-based subscription.
Virtualization & partitioning
Not applicable. Qlik Talend Cloud is hosted; remote engines that run in the customer’s environment are counted in tokens rather than by host or core.
Engine tokens (as of 2026-09-30). Each subscription includes up to 1.08 million tokens for deploying remote engines (9,000 tokens each) and cloud engines (45,000 tokens each), and more can be bought. Remote and cloud engines are Premium and Enterprise features.[1] Catalog: Qlik Talend Cloud engine tokens: 1.08 million included; 9,000 per remote engine, 45,000 per cloud engine.
Cloud / BYOL
Included analytics (as of 2026-09-30). Each edition includes base Qlik Cloud Analytics: 10 GB Data for Analysis, 10 Users on Starter and unlimited Users on the other editions, plus monthly allowances of Qlik Answers questions, Qlik Automate runs and reports. This base level is given only to customers not already subscribed to Qlik Cloud Analytics. Enterprise limits may not be enforced in the product, but any use above them requires an additional purchase. Overage does not apply to this base capacity.[1] Catalog: Base analytics with Qlik Talend Cloud: only without Qlik Cloud Analytics; excess use must be bought.
Users (as of 2026-09-30). Users for data integration are included in all editions. Users must be employees or contractors authorized by the customer, and may include third parties only where their access is based on data incidental to a business relationship and does not breach the customer’s agreement.[1]
The Customer Agreement prohibits using Qlik products in an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) or managed service provider offering; see Qlik Customer Agreement.[3]
Programs
Qlik Talend Cloud is sold as a Qlik Cloud capacity-based subscription (Qlik Cloud capacity-based subscription).[1] Customers moving from Talend Cloud must be on a supported Talend Studio version, and must disable hybrid mode of Talend Data Stewardship and Talend Data Preparation.[1]
