Effective December 21, 2023; earlier subscription terms stay under legacy agreements.

- Free Plan can be withdrawn without notice
- Fees are invoiced annually in advance
- Order Forms are non-cancellable and non-refundable
- Hosted Services auto-renew with 60 days price notice
- Downgrade or non-renewal needs 30 days notice
- Automatic renewals run at least twelve months
- On Prem Services do not auto-renew
- Reseller purchases do not auto-renew
- Termination for cause by PagerDuty accelerates unpaid fees
- Unpaid invoices accrue a 1 percent monthly finance charge
- Assignment to an Affiliate or successor is permitted
- Earlier subscription terms stay under legacy agreements
- Product-Specific Terms may be updated unilaterally
