- ZIA China Premium and Premium Plus Licensing and Fair Use (undated; retrieved 2026-09-26): ZIA China Premium bandwidth is measured as the 95th percentile of five-minute samples per data center (larger of Rx and Tx), summed across Premium data centers; customers must stay within purchased bandwidth 95% of the time and bursts may not exceed 130% of purchased bandwidth. ZPA China Premium uses the same method.
