- ZIA China Premium and Premium Plus Licensing and Fair Use: "For ZIA China Premium, bandwidth is defined as the amount of data that is transmitted over a network connection and processed by ZIA within a Premium data center operated by Zscaler in China. Bandwidth is calculated in Megabits per second (Mbps) using five-minute samples."

- Premium: five-minute Rx and Tx samples per data center per calendar month; 95th percentile of each; the larger is that data center's usage; summed across Premium data centers (P95 Accounting Method). Premium Plus: highest sample (Peak Accounting Method). ZPA China Premium uses the P95 method.
- Floors / minimums
- Premium: burst may not exceed 130% of purchased bandwidth at any time, and no more than 5% of samples above purchased bandwidth.
