- EUSA §4.1 (Last Updated 2026-08-01): Customer and its Affiliates receive a limited, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exclusive right to install, access and use the Products, and to permit Authorized Users to do so, for Customer's internal business purposes during the Subscription Term and for the quantity of purchased Products in the Order.
