- ZIA Licensing and Fair Use: "Seat: A subscription license for an individual authorized user. The number of seats required for ZIA is determined by counting the total number of unique individual users of ZIA over the previous rolling 90-day period."
- Counting rules
- Count unique individual users of the product over the previous rolling 90-day period (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Zero Trust Browser, Deception each use this wording; Risk360 counts unique users of ZIA). ZIA: total endpoints across all seats may not exceed three times the seats purchased. SLA document: "Seat" means a subscription license for the SaaS for an individual Authorized User. EUSA: Authorized User includes employees, agents, contractors and other third parties authorized by Customer and/or its Affiliates.
