- Embedded Software T&C 4.3: software based on AUTOSAR specifications or implementations may be used only for Automotive Applications (engine-powered, land-based, non-railed vehicles) and Derived Applications, excluding ultra-hazardous fields such as aerospace, nuclear, chemical reactors, petrochemicals and military uses. This clause overrides the Individual Contract. (effective 2026-10-01)
