- Terms and Conditions for Embedded Software section 4.1.1: the customer may link object code compiled from the Embedded Software source "and to integrate such object code in control units covered by the license validity ('Licensed Control Units')" and, unless it is Non-Series Software, distribute the object code as an integral part of the Licensed Control Units.
- Counting rules
- The licence validity agreed in the Individual Contract defines which control units are covered; the grant is non-exclusive, perpetual and worldwide. Group company use only if agreed; Customer Contractors only for developing the Licensed Control Units. Fee renegotiation after M&A if relevant sales rise by at least 10%.
