- Tenable Master Agreement Schedule A §5: Tenable may, itself or through an independent third party, review the customer's usage of Software to confirm compliance with the Agreement or the Ordering Document, with reasonable advance notice, no more than once per year and without unreasonable interference. The clause sits in the Software schedule; the Hosted Services schedule has no equivalent clause, where compliance relies on product metering (§4(b)) and temporary limitation (§4(j)).
