- EULA (2026-07-27) sec. A.1: where the licence is bought from an authorized Reseller, the EULA except its payment terms governs the relationship with TeamViewer, and terms agreed between Reseller and Customer do not bind TeamViewer. Contract formation also covers web-shop and in-product orders, binding quotes accepted within 21 days, order documents, and download of free instances.
